- Glasshouse is an AI simulation platform offering interactive, exploratory digital experiences through AI-generated scenarios, characters, and coaching environments.
- All characters, storylines, and simulation outputs within Glasshouse are AI-generated. They are fictional and do not depict real individuals or real events.
- The platform is available via web browser and mobile applications. Features and experiences may vary by platform version.
Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Glasshouse in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use the platform to harass, harm, deceive, or impersonate others, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, extract, or exploit the platform's AI systems, data, or infrastructure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or who engage in behavior harmful to other users or the platform.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering for or using the platform.
- Simulation outputs are informational and exploratory. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any content generated by the platform.
AI-Generated Content
- All content produced by Glasshouse simulations — including conversations, scenario outcomes, coaching feedback, and reports — is generated by artificial intelligence.
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, or psychological guidance.
- Outputs may vary between sessions and are intended as exploratory tools, not predictions or guarantees of any real-world result.
Intellectual Property
- All platform content — including AI-generated characters, scenario designs, visual assets, and underlying technology — is owned by PRIM Technologies Inc. or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Glasshouse content without our prior written permission.
- Your feedback, suggestions, or ideas shared with us may be used to improve the platform without obligation to you.
Purchases & Digital Goods
- Certain platform features may require the purchase of digital goods, including Influence tokens or subscription access.
- All purchases are processed securely. Charges will appear on your payment statement under the applicable brand name.
- Digital goods such as Influence tokens have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
- Refunds are offered where required by applicable law. Please contact support for any billing concerns.
Disclaimers
- Glasshouse is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
- AI-generated content reflects the state of AI technology at the time of generation. We continuously improve our systems but cannot guarantee specific outputs or behaviors.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRIM Technologies Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Glasshouse.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
