Security
Security at Glasshouse.
We design Glasshouse with modern security, privacy, and responsible platform practices in mind.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Data Protection
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Data stored at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
- Authentication credentials are never stored in plaintext.
- Glasshouse is built on cloud infrastructure maintained by reputable, security-focused providers.
Access Controls
- User authentication is handled via secure, modern protocols.
- Sessions are time-limited and invalidated on logout.
- Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized team members, following least-privilege principles.
- Internal access activity is logged for review.
Privacy & Responsible AI
- Your simulation sessions are private by default. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
- Third-party services used in our platform are selected with care and granted only the access they need to function.
- We apply responsible practices across our AI models, data handling, and platform design.
Platform Safeguards
- We monitor dependencies and review platform components as part of our regular development process.
- Operational logging helps us detect and respond to unexpected platform behavior.
- We review and improve our safeguards continuously as the platform grows.
Incident Response
- If a security incident affects user data, we will notify impacted users promptly and transparently.
- We maintain internal response procedures to contain, assess, and address any issues that arise.
Security Reporting
- If you believe you've found a security concern in Glasshouse, we'd like to hear from you.
- Please reach out before any public disclosure so we have a fair opportunity to investigate. We aim to acknowledge all reports promptly.
Ongoing improvements
Security is a continuous discipline. We conduct regular reviews, update dependencies, and improve our practices as the platform evolves.
