Accessibility
Accessibility at Glasshouse.
We believe digital experiences should be usable, inclusive, and continuously improving — for as many people as possible.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Our Approach
- We believe digital experiences should be usable by as many people as possible — regardless of ability, device, or context.
- Accessibility is a continuous practice at Glasshouse, not a one-time checkbox. We improve iteratively as the platform grows.
- We work toward recognized accessibility principles as a guiding framework, while being transparent that our platform is actively in development.
Design Considerations
- Text and interactive elements are designed with contrast in mind, so content remains readable across a wide range of conditions.
- Color is never the sole way we communicate meaning — labels, icons, and text work together.
- We aim for clear visual hierarchy so users can orient themselves quickly, regardless of how they navigate.
Keyboard & Navigation
- Core navigation and primary platform interactions are designed to be reachable without a mouse.
- Focus states are visible so keyboard users can always track where they are on the page.
- We are actively working to ensure modals, dropdowns, and dynamic content behave predictably for all input methods.
Screen Reader Support
- We use semantic structure and ARIA attributes to help assistive technologies make better sense of page content.
- Simulation content and AI feedback are presented as readable text — not locked inside inaccessible formats.
- We work to improve screen reader compatibility over time, and we welcome feedback on anything that falls short.
Mobile Accessibility
- Our iOS and Android apps are designed with support for platform accessibility features such as VoiceOver and TalkBack, though compatibility may vary by feature.
- Touch targets are designed to be comfortably tappable and clearly distinguishable from surrounding content.
- We design across device sizes with the goal of keeping the experience usable at different scales.
Ongoing Improvements
- Some advanced simulation features may have limited accessibility support today — we are actively working to improve these over time.
- When users report accessibility barriers, we take that feedback seriously and work to address issues as our capacity allows.
- If you encounter a barrier, telling us is the most direct way to help make the platform better for everyone.
Accessibility is a journey, not a destination
We are an actively evolving platform. We make no claim of full compliance today, but we are committed to honest progress and open communication. Your feedback directly shapes what we prioritize.
